Policy Fellow
Dagger develops policy recommendations and briefs for The Courtyards Institute. Based in Japan, he also builds relationships with key partners in the region to advance organizational objectives. Dagger is a language teacher with the Government of Japan's Exchange and Teaching program, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Japanese from Dartmouth University.
